Delhi High Court Orders Sonam Wangchuk’s Transfer to Private Hospital

The Delhi High Court ordered that social activist Sonam Wangchuk, who had expressed support for the student protest, be transferred to a private hospital. The Union government informed the court that it had no objection to his transfer to any suitable hospital. The court’s direction therefore allowed Wangchuk to be moved from his existing medical facility for treatment at a private institution.
