India’s gross GST collection for July 2026 rose 15.4% year on year to ₹2,11,205 crore, finance ministry data showed. Domestic transactions generated ₹1,44,695 crore, while revenue from imports increased to ₹66,511 crore. Net collection after refunds was ₹1,81,237 crore, up 15.8%, and refunds totalled ₹29,968 crore. The July receipts largely reflect business activity undertaken in June and were the third-highest monthly gross collection since GST began.
