Kuwait Customs seized about nine kilograms of a liquid synthetic drug concealed inside shampoo bottles shipped from the United Kingdom. The substance was discovered during inspection of an air-cargo consignment. Authorities opened an investigation to identify the sender, intended recipients and any wider network connected with the shipment.
