Kuwait has issued executive regulations expanding electronic documentation and private notary services under the amended documentation law. The rules permit in-person, video and automated procedures using Mobile ID, electronic signatures and verification codes. They also establish secure records, conflict-of-interest safeguards and limits for certain powers of attorney, while modernising access to official legal transactions.
