Kuwait has launched an electronic platform for people whose citizenship was withdrawn under the former Article 5 provisions to submit review requests. Eligible applicants include people recognised for distinguished services, children of Kuwaiti mothers and those linked to the 1965 census. Users can obtain the required certificate, upload documents through the Sahel application and follow the official review process.
