Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce has restricted subsidised food supplies to Kuwaiti citizens, their eligible family members and registered domestic workers. The ministerial decision removes other categories that had previously received ration benefits and authorises action against misuse, resale or unauthorised transfer of subsidised goods. Beneficiaries have been urged to follow the updated eligibility and distribution rules.
