Kuwait has issued Decision No. 1089 of 2026 revising fees for licensing and administrative services covering marine craft and jet skis. A first licence is set at KD5 for all sizes. Replacement fees for lost or damaged licences range from KD15 to KD25, while changing the registered activity costs KD50, KD60 or KD70 depending on vessel length. The decision takes effect from its publication, according to Arab Times.
