Kuwait warns that broken-down vehicles left on roads may be impounded
Kuwait’s Traffic Department has warned that vehicles left on the road after breaking down may be treated as abandoned and impounded. Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Bu Hassan advised drivers to move a disabled vehicle as far to the right as safely possible, use hazard lights and a warning triangle, and arrange prompt towing. The guidance is intended to reduce collisions and obstruction, especially around diversions and busy roads, according to Indians in Kuwait.
