Kuwait welcomed the announced agreement to begin implementing the comprehensive Gaza peace plan and affirmed support for completing its subsequent stages. The Foreign Ministry said implementation should follow UN Security Council Resolution 2803 and lead to a full Israeli withdrawal, unhindered humanitarian aid, reconstruction and the return of Palestinian Authority institutions. Kuwait also acknowledged the mediation efforts of Egypt, Qatar, Türkiye and the United States.
