Locarno Pro’s Alliance 4 Development programme is presenting 11 feature-film projects from Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland during the Locarno Film Festival. The selected development pitches include “Shooting Watermelons,” “Humanoid,” a coming-of-age musical and a project about a man turning into a fish. The programme, running from August 7 to 9, is designed to connect projects in development with international co-producers and industry professionals and encourage long-term creative partnerships.
