Kuwait has issued new executive regulations for documentation under the amended law governing official records and notarial services. The rules introduce an integrated electronic documentation system, licensed private notaries, remote audio-video procedures and automated powers of attorney using Kuwait Mobile ID and approved electronic signatures. They also set verification, registration, conflict-of-interest and validity requirements for notarial transactions.
