PhonePe’s revenue reportedly rose 11% to ₹7,920 crore during the 2025–26 financial year, while its loss increased 62% to ₹2,792 crore. The company, which reportedly controls more than 45% of India’s UPI market, is seeking to raise ₹12,000 crore through a share sale.
