Kuwait’s Central Agency for Remedying Illegal Residents’ Status has launched an online platform for people whose nationality was withdrawn under the former Article 5. Eligible applicants who had not applied earlier can request a “To Whom It May Concern” certificate, while relatives may apply for deceased persons with the required civil and death documents. The certificate must currently be uploaded manually to the Sahel application.
